Let’s Talk about the Role
The Brand Marketing Coordinator is a key role in supporting the creation and management of the brand and product campaigns, tools and content, to connect with consumers throughout the purchase funnel, from planning to execution. This role requires agility, organization, and composure under pressure. The objectives of this role is to support the brand team to deliver executional excellence.

How You Will Make a Difference
Support in delivering brand and product campaigns, tactics, tools and content across all consumer touch points to fuel demand, raise brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
Support cross department communication between Marketing / Sales / Retail / Product as well as global marketing peers to deliver and improve marketing deliverables throughout the Go To Market process.
Brand Activation support: Collaborate with the Brand Experience and Brand Comms team on launch events.
Manage and process marketing POs, invoices, and suppliers.
Responsible for all product ordering and stock.

Skills for Success
Academic: University Degree in marketing or communication, Bachelor level
Experience: at least 2 years experience in a marketing role.
Understanding of The North Face brand with a passion for the outdoor and athletic industries.
Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus.
